Fundraising at Borel needs to be clarified for a newcomer. The Borel programs fundraise independently, and each benefits directly from your generosity. This page outlines the fundraising schedule for your favorite programs so you can pace your giving throughout the year.

Bobcat Boosters and the PTA

Supporting the PTA supports your student’s experience at Borel. Bobcat Boosters is the PTA's primary fundraiser and benefits all students. We hope to raise to fund general classroom resources and materials for the Math, Science, Music, Art, and Spanish departments, as well as staff supporting academic programs. The PTA also raises money with a magazine drive in the fall and an annual Tabletop Design Luncheon in the spring. Borel Corporate Boosters

Businesses can boost Borel's academics, too! The Corporate Boosters program expands our fundraising efforts to local businesses to generate the much-needed funds to maintain high-quality education for our children while connecting with the broader community. Borel Vendor Fundraising

Borel PTA has partnered with various vendors where the proceeds of each order go back to our school. Please check out Vendors Fundraisers for more details. Such Vendors include Amazon, Escrip, Shutterfly, and many more. We also participate in restaurant fundraising, which supports our local merchants and raises for our school.

Borel Sports

Borel is proud to field multiple teams in eight different sports, including Basketball, Cross Country, Soccer, Golf, Tennis, Track and Field, Volleyball, and Flag Football. Borel Sports Awards & Cinema Night, held in June, is the primary fundraising event for Borel Sports. Funds pay for coaches, referees, and essential athletic equipment. Visit Borel Sports here.

Borel Music

Music is part of the academic program for hundreds of Borel students. Your donation to this program helps fund instruments, scholarships, travel opportunities, and the Winter and Spring concerts. Borel Music solicits sponsorships and contributions in the fall. Visit Borel Music here.

Borel Drama

We have the most admired Drama Department in the San Mateo-Foster City School District! More than 150 students participate in our outstanding Fall play and Spring musical, and both shows are 100% funded by family and community donations. Opportunities to support Borel Drama include a fundraiser night every other year in the Fall, Sponsorship, and Advertising for the spring musical. Visit Borel Drama here.
