We are looking forward to Borel's 1st ever Live Auction in the New Year......Wild Wild West!  Yee Haw! Get your cowboy boots ready and saddle up! Join us on Saturday, April 13th at 6:00 pm at Beresford Recreation Center for an evening of food, drinks, games, and dancing. You will also have the opportunity to bid on a number of great items and experiences.

We are looking for corporate sponsorships and volunteers for a number of roles (Online and Live Auction). If you would like to volunteer in ANY capacity, please reach out to auction@borelbobcats.org 

Congratulations 8th grade on winning the Boosters Blitz Fundraising contest this year in a very close match!  Everyone in the grade will get a T-shirt, which will be distributed in March.  

Between now and February 2nd, take part in the Boosters Blitz design challenge to design the 8th grade T-shirt.  Any Bobcat can enter, by making a black and white drawing on an 8.5"x11" Piece of paper.  The designs will be voted on by the 8th grade in February, and the Winner of the design contest will win a $50 Gift Card.  Pass in your design to the VP of Membership mailbox in the front office, along with your contest entry form at http://bit.ly/boostersblitz. We need your help to continue the tradition of Borel’s most important community-building event! Come be a part of the 33rd annual Borel Cultural Fair, highlighted by an international food fair for the Borel community on March 27. 

Help showcase Borel’s rich cultural diversity by sponsoring or contributing to a booth with information and artifacts from your country of origin and sharing national food. Families can contribute homemade food or it can be bought from, or donated by, a restaurant or store! We especially are looking for families of younger Borel students to help continue this important tradition. 

If you can help lead or participate in a booth, email Susan and Priscilla at culturalfair@borelbobcats.org with your interests. 

This week, students received information on Borel's 33rd annual Cultural Fair in their Social Studies classrooms about how they can help make the Cultural Fair a success! Students can volunteer to be a docent to their fellow students during a tour of our Cultural Fair during school hours on Monday, March 25th, and earn community service hours for their time. Borel Teachers need 4,000 snacks per month to help students thrive and ensure kids have a little something during the scheduled brunch time. Please just bring them by school office any time this week and let the desk know they’re for Ms Wolf.

SANDWICHES FOR HOMEWORK TIME

Homework Central LOVES having 40 sandwiches for their meetings on Tuesdays and Thursdays after school! If you shop at Costco the deli packs, cheese packs, and bread are really reasonable!  Again, please follow this link to sign up as the need is great right now!

8th grade baby pictures: 8th graders, we want your baby picture for the yearbook. You may upload to the yearbook snap app or bring a picture to the front office to scan.  Baby pictures are due by Friday February 16th.
