8th GRADE PROMOTION DANCE FUND - DONATIONS NEEDED

Attention 8th-Grade Families!  The final months of Middle School are here and party planning is underway. The 8th Grade Dance is a memory-maker - encourage your student to come for FUN and to celebrate TOGETHER! The Dance is on June 10th from 6:00 - 8:30 pm in Borel’s Barneson Gym.

We need your help to make this an unforgettable night!

A suggested donation of $60 per student will help cover the cost for the DJ, Photo Booth, Food, Games and Decorations. Every 8th Grade Bobcat is invited, regardless of contribution.

Any amount is welcome and most appreciated! All donations go straight to creating the magic for the evening, so please consider giving more so that ALL 8th Graders can have a night to remember.

Corporate Sponsorships for big and small businesses are also welcome. Promote your business + help create a memorable night for our teens = Win/Win!

Complete the Donation Form(Español) or Sponsorship Form(Español) and submit to Ms. Chan in the front office, or donate onlineFor more information, click here, or contact us with questions at 8thGradePromotion@borelbobcats.org

Free Webinar- Today from 4:00 – 5:30pm PT - Elevating AAPI Youth

Asian American and Pacific Islander teens are often overlooked by mental health services due to the model minority myth. Even when AAPI students may look like they are “doing well”, they can mask underlying issues of anxiety, depression and other mental health issues. In fact, we know that there has been a recent increase in mental health needs in this population due to factors like the isolation caused by the Covid-19, rise in AAPI discrimination and hate and the continued lack of access to mental health services. Special focus will also be given to AAPI LGBTQ youth’s mental health outcomes and suicide risk. This webinar will give participants compelling data and practical resources to better support the mental health of AAPI students..Click here for more info
